Conditions for Applying Fast&Fixed:

1. In fully edentulous jaws with sufficient bone quantity and density in the small premolar region.
2. If the teeth will be extracted and some of the implants will be placed in the extraction sockets, the sockets must be free from inflammatory tissues.
3. If the dentist has sufficient knowledge and experience in this regard.
4. If there is a laboratory with the knowledge and equipment to create a temporary fixed prosthesis immediately.

Fast&Fixed Method Application:

1. Place 4-5-6 or the required number of implants in the fully edentulous jaw, depending on the size of the jaw.
2. Achieve parallelism with intermediate parts called multiunit abutments on the implants.
3. Take impressions on the multiunit abutment.
4. The laboratory process begins on the same day, and fixed temporary teeth are ready within 24-48 hours.
5. Depending on bone quality, after a waiting period of 2 to 4 months, permanent teeth prepared with a new impression are fixed to the implants with a screw connection.
